Shipping policy

At burycase, we want every customer to clearly understand our shipping process, delivery times, and available shipping options before placing an order. Please review the shipping information below carefully.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to the following countries only:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • United Kingdom

At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside the list above. If an order is placed with an unsupported shipping destination, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time includes order confirmation, product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that the delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

The fee for Expedited Shipping is $9.99 USD.

The delivery times above are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

United States Remote Area Notice

The estimated shipping times for the United States apply to the 48 contiguous states only.

Orders shipped to the following locations may require additional delivery time:

Military bases, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses Up to 4 weeks

 

Delivery to these locations may take longer due to limited carrier service, remote-area handling, or special delivery requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier or local delivery partner.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable for delivery, the package may be delayed, returned, or lost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier or logistics partner.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or remote delivery locations.
