Eligibility for Refund:

We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.
Exchange Policy:
Please note: We do not offer product exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item, we recommend requesting a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order for the correct product.
How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@burycase.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return request is approved, we will email you a free return shipping label.
3. Print the label and attach it securely to your return package.
4. Drop the package off at the appropriate shipping location as instructed in our email.
Returns without an authorized return label may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Fees:
- Burycase covers return shipping if the product is damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling the order.
- If the return is due to customer preference, such as a change of mind, incorrect product choice, or failure to contact us for address changes or product corrections within 24 hours, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fee:
Burycase does not impose a restocking fee for returns. We believe in streamlining the return process to ensure convenience for our customers.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. You may also contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@burycase.com.
