Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates a legal action against you.


Repeat Infringer Policy

Burycase may terminate access to the website for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
